A warm, welcoming space

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, eating concerns, relationship or interpersonal difficulties, and family challenges. I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel safe, heard, and comfortable being themselves.

I have experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across clinic, school, daycare, and community mental health settings. My work has included behavioural therapy, social-emotional skill-building, and supporting clients through a range of emotional, behavioural, and interpersonal challenges. I am also trained in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and openness. I believe therapy is a space where we can work together to better understand what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, and find meaningful ways forward.

I am also continuing my training in women’s health and expanding my practice to support women through the perinatal and postpartum periods.

“Therapy is a space where we can work together to build on your strengths and find meaningful ways forward.”

How I Can Help

I work with clients of all ages: children, teens, adults, and parents.

Individual Counselling

A personalized space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, individual counselling offers support grounded in compassion and evidence-based care. Together, we work to build clarity, strengthen coping skills, and help you move toward healing and growth.

Family Counselling

Family counselling helps families navigate conflict, transitions, and communication difficulties with the guidance of a licensed clinician. Sessions focus on understanding patterns within the family system, improving emotional connection, and fostering supportive problem-solving. Whether addressing stress, behavioural challenges, or relational strain, family counselling provides tools to strengthen relationships and create a more connected, resilient home environment.

Parent Coaching

Parent coaching provides practical, evidence-based support to help you feel more confident and grounded in your parenting. Together, we explore what’s working, where you’re feeling stuck, and how to approach challenging moments with clarity and compassion. You’ll learn tools tailored to your child’s needs, whether it’s emotional regulation, routines, behaviour, or communication, so you can nurture a calmer, more connected home environment.
