Jamie Rose
Co-Founder & Counsellor
Outside the clinic, I’m someone who values slowing down and recharging. I love going for walks with my dog, Toda, reading and sipping coffee on slow Sundays, and ending the day with a good bubble bath. Those simple moments help me reset and stay grounded.
I’ve always been the person people naturally opened up to, and supporting others has felt intuitive for as long as I can remember. Walking into work still feels like exactly where I’m meant to be. My role isn’t to “fix” clients, but to walk alongside them through hard moments so they feel more supported, capable, and connected to themselves.
Clients often describe sessions with me as warm, comfortable, and easy to settle into, like talking to someone they’ve known for a long time. I aim to create a space where people feel safe, understood, and able to be honest from the very first session. Many leave feeling relieved, hopeful, and a little less alone.
I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and parenting concerns. My approach is person-centred and collaborative, drawing from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, and always meeting clients where they are.
