Dr. Frederique (Fred) Van den Eynde is a psychiatrist licensed with the Collège des Médecins du Québec since 2012. He earned his medical degree from the University of Ghent in Belgium and completed his specialty training in psychiatry across Belgium and the United Kingdom. He also holds a PhD from King’s College London, where his research focused on the addictive characteristics of eating disorders.
With over a decade of experience practicing in Québec, Dr. Van den Eynde has worked in a variety of hospital and mental health settings, including the Douglas Mental Health University Institute, Notre-Dame Hospital, and Lakeshore General Hospital. His extensive clinical experience has allowed him to support adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns with compassion, expertise, and evidence-based care.
