Outside of the clinic, I value balance. I love to connect with my friends and family through good conversations, games, food and exercise. I also love to read, listen to music and take walks my dog, Bruce. I recently picked up sewing - it has taught me a lot about patience, intention, embracing mistakes and the hard work it takes to nurture and create something that feels truly your own. 

Those who have worked with me before would describe my style as calming, nonjudgmental and empowering. When you are in session with me, my intention is that you feel safe to be authentically you. I believe that healing is within you and I’m here to help connect you to it.
