Una Grace

Counsellor

Outside of therapy, I’m someone who loves exploring the world and the stories within it. I’m a scuba diver and have had the chance to dive in places like Cozumel, Catalina Island, Tobermory, and Grenada, and I hope to continue discovering new places and sea life around the world. I’m also an avid reader who will happily stay up all night to finish a good book, and I love discovering music across many genres and spending time at music festivals. I’m endlessly curious about people - whether that’s through books, music, or even reality TV.

I was drawn to this work through a desire to better understand myself, others, and the world around us. My own experience in therapy when I was younger gave me a space where I felt accepted, supported, and challenged in ways that helped me grow and see things differently. That experience continues to shape how I approach this work today and inspired me to offer others a similar space for reflection, curiosity, and change.

I work with children, teens, and adults who want to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Clients often describe my style as slow, reflective, friendly, and supportive. Sessions with me tend to feel like an open conversation - a place where you can explore what’s going on in your life while feeling understood, validated, and encouraged to grow.

My approach is collaborative and client-centred, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotion-focused work. My goal is to create a space where people can feel seen and valued, while building insight, self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

How I Can Help
