I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, body image concerns, performance pressure, and relationship challenges. My approach blends evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and solution-focused strategies, while integrating mindfulness, self-compassion, and mind-body awareness. With a background in dance and youth work, I value movement and self-expression as meaningful parts of healing. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward lasting growth, both mentally and emotionally.
