JAMIE ROSE
I’m dedicated to building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients, ensuring you feel safe, supported, and understood throughout our work together. My approach is eclectic, drawing from a range of techniques and methodologies to meet each client's unique needs. While I often use Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR therapy, I tailor my methods to align with your specific therapeutic goals.
I have experience working with a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, families, young adults, and adults. My practice supports individuals navigating various challenges such as stress management, school-related anxiety, low self-esteem, performance anxiety, social anxiety, relationship issues, and grief.
In our sessions, I emphasize reflective and empathic listening, validation, and psychoeducation to help increase awareness and understanding of emotional processes. Together, we'll create an individualized treatment plan that aligns with your unique circumstances and aspirations.
Therapy isn’t just for when challenges arise—it can also be a proactive step in building resilience. By establishing a supportive and trusting connection early on, you’ll be better equipped to handle life’s challenges with the right support in place when you need it.
